DNA Day Celebrated by Pittsburgh Area Middle Schoolers

National DNA Day will take place Friday, April 25, 2008. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, One of America's Great Newspapers, reported today that more than 120 middle schoolers got an early start on the celebration by having a DNA Day at Dorseyville Middle School in the Fox Chapel School District, thanks to the University of Pittsburgh and a couple of major federal grants.

to which an electric field has been applied. The editorial department at Scott's Spot wonders what the Post-Gazette was thinking when it selected the photograph at right.
