The market normally rewards creative solutions to problems. And creative was the perfect description of the Whizzinator, developed by Gerald W. Wills, 67, of Los Angeles. The Whizzinator, a male prosthetic device, along with a product called Number 1, provided the perfect way for pilots, truck drivers and others to cheat on drug tests.
Wills and his partner, Robert D. Catalano, 65, of Huntington Beach, California, pleaded guilty in 2008 to conspiracy to sell drug paraphernalia.
